Tend Natural Health takes Regence Blue Cross Blueshield, United Healthcare, and Moda insurances for acupuncture and naturopathy.

Out of Pocket costs of visits are as follows:

Acupuncture: 75 min New Patient Visits:  $150.  60 min follow-ups:  $110. 

Naturopathy: 75 min New Patient Visits $250. 30 min followups: $100.

Payment/co-pays is due at time of service and, upon request, we provide a coded receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits (typically reimbursed at 60-80%). Please check with your insurance provider for specifics about your plan and coverage of Naturopathic Medicine/Acupuncture or for out-of-network providers.
